Where should people place their bed in a room?

Updated: Feb 17, 2021

Like the sofa, the bed should be in the 'command' position of the room. This means it should be as far from the main entrances as possible, and have a solid wall behind it for support. It should also not be in line with the door, and there is energy flowing in, which is not great if you want a restful sleep. You must have heard of Yin and Yang which means the dark and light. Beds should be located in dark or Yin areas, and this does not only refer to the amount of lumens, but the amount of energy around the space. Yin spaces are always off the path of a door, which explains why the bed should never be located as such.

Great tips! A well-designed blog is much easier to read and keeps visitors engaged. I also enjoy games with clean, user-friendly layouts like Crazy Cattle 3D—its simple design makes the fast-paced gameplay even more fun.

Interesting explanation of the command position for a bed—it makes sense that being away from the door could help create a calmer sleeping space. For a bit of entertainment during my free time, I like playing Geometry Dash Lite and its quick levels are a fun way to relax and unwind after reading about home design tips.

I joined an Among Us match expecting a casual game, but the constant need to evaluate other players kept me engaged from start to finish. Every discussion felt like a test of observation and persuasion.

I played a Block Blast round while sitting in a waiting room with nothing else to do. The game made the time pass much faster.

The many Geometry Dash-inspired games show how the original concept has influenced online and mobile gaming culture. Some push the limits of difficulty to the point of ridiculousness, while others place more emphasis on visual spectacle than others.
