*If you are in Central London, this can become a home visit. Building a new house or doing extensive renovations? Be 100% sure you're doing the right thing with your space before committing thousands to the build. This option offers up to 3 hours of personal time from Cliff's calendar to truly delve into your project on short notice. It does not matter how complex or simple your project is, from just furniture placement, to building a new block of flats, you may still book this to take advantage of the sooner time slots. Cliff is able to advise on major work such as renovation, reconfiguration and construction, at any stage of the project. You will be able to stay in touch with Cliff to ask questions about your project anytime for up to 1 year after the meeting. This will be a virtual meeting. It goes like this: 1. Once you book, you will get an email asking for information about your space. 2. We will send you a meeting link 24 hours before the meeting. 3. During the meeting, Cliff will ask you questions to know you better. Don't worry, the meeting is very relaxed and you will feel like you're best of friends! Feel free to bring a friend, take screenshots or even record the meeting. You may ask as many questions as you like. 4. Then, he will tell you exactly what you need to do to transform your space to support your lifestyle and needs. He will work with any constraint and will always provide a solution, big or small. 5. After the meeting, you will receive a screenshot of the plan as a summary of the meeting. 6. You may ask any questions about your project anytime via email or to his personal whatsapp number. *Booking times show your time zone. If you prefer other timings or if its urgent, please email cliff@dearmodern.com If you are in London Zone 1, this will be an in-person meeting. It goes like this: 1. Once you book, you will get an email asking for information about your space. 2. We will ask for your address and confirm the timing. 3. On the day, Cliff knock on your door and he will spend the entire morning, getting to know you, chatting and being your best friend and talk about everything and anything. 4. Cliff will sketch a floorplan with all the notes and instructions, and leave it with you before he leaves. 5. Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 1 week before the meeting if you wish to cancel for a full refund. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the meeting to reschedule If you wish to cancel with no refund, you may simply not show up. (but please don't do this to yourself, I actually want to help with your space!)
